Staff
Rob Wold
Principal
Mr. Wold has 30 years of construction experience, including 18 years as principal of his own firm. Rob received his Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee in 1976 and his Masters Degree in Architectural Studies in 1979 from UWM. He has overseen all operations with an emphasis on functional design and attention to detail. This experience has led him to become highly skilled with conceptual analysis of clients’ requirements. He has provided necessary resources for project design, construction documents, bidding, and building phases to run efficiently.
As Project Architect, Mr. Wold has overseen hundreds of successful projects including Industrial, Commercial, Housing Development, Renovation, Religious and Retail.

James F. Jendusa, P.E.
Principle
Jim Jendusa began Jendusa Engineering Associates, Inc. in May, 2000. He received his Bachelors and Masters degrees from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee in 1987 and 1992 respectively. As a licensed structural engineer in Wisconsin since 1991, Jim worked for a large design-build construction company for nine years and managed the Engineering Department. He has personally designed and detailed over 600 commercial facilities in the heavy industrial, retail, office, municipal, school, church and residential markets. Jim also has excellent experience with foundation inspections, repairs and expert witness services and has authored a best practice manual for foundation repair for the Wisconsin Association of Foundation Repair Professionals and the Building Inspectors Association of Southeastern Wisconsin. |
